Growing Op is a poignant comedy about a teenage boy, Quinn (Steven Yaffee) coming of age in suburbia, where his parents Diana (Rosanna Marquette) and Bryce (Wallace Langham) run a grow-operation. Quinn and his sister Hope (Katie Bowland) have been home-schooled all their lives to protect them from the outside world but when new neighbours, and their beautiful daughter Crystal (Rachel Blanchard) move in next door, Quinn decides to break away from his oddball clan by enrolling as a new student at his local high school. But as Quinn pulls away from his parents, he discovers that the real jungle is not in his living room, but in the twisted values of the suburban status quo.
