KELLERMAN Colour : Live In Concert (DVD, 2010)

 Wouter Kellerman is South Africas premiere flautist. Inspired by local styles and cultures from across the world with a strong measure of local flavor, Colour takes you on a breathtaking journey through African, Latin, Celtic and classical sounds. Kellerman started playing flute at the age of ten, becoming Principle Flautist of the National Youth Orchestra in1985. He won the Perrenoud Foundation Prize at the Vienna International Music Competition and has traveled extensively to participate in Master Classes with the worlds best teachers. More recently he has focused his attention on world music and has performed on four continents in the last year. Kellerman released his debut album in September 2007, receiving excellent reviews, with The Citizen, one of South Africas biggest newspapers; giving it the highest rating it has ever given an Album. He worked with some of the top vocalists and instrumentalists in South Africa to create the album and mixed the album in LA. His live show incorporates keyboard, guitar, percussionists, singers and dancers and brings colour and excitement to the world music stage.
